These Terms & Conditions apply to all items ordered from Taha and by placing your order you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time-to-time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Variations in colour, grain and texture can be expected from natural leather products and should not be seen as a fault.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
All our shoes are sold in EURO sizes, with the AU size provided as a guide only. Please refer to the measurements in cm if unsure about the sizing.
We also recommend to have your new beautiful pair of Taha Shoes sprayed with shoe protector.
Purchase of products
When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email to the email address provided by you during the checkout process. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until we send you a confirmation email.
Goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Price and payment
We accept payment and most major Credit and Debit Cards. Full payment for your purchase must be made before we can dispatch your order. We do not accept payment via E- Cheque.
The prices shown on our website include any GST at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges as detailed below.
We charge you for your order in Australian dollar. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the credit or debit card company of the card used for payment. Any customers outside of Australia will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
If the goods that you order are in stock at the time when your order is accepted then we will aim to dispatch your order within a maximum of 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) for major capital cities.
Regional Australia: Please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of order to delivery date.
Overseas: Please allow up to 21 working days from confirmation of order to delivery date.
Delayed Delivery: If your item has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate this for you. Once an item is confirmed as lost by the Courier/Mailing company we can issue a full refund. Please be aware that this can take a few days to resolve.
Authority to leave: By selecting 'Authority To Leave' at the checkout page our courier will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.
You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.
Taha Australia and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Taha Australia from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
If you do not give Taha Australia Authority to Leave, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
The delivery cost is a flat rate of $14. Overseas Delivery cost needs to be confirmed when your order is accepted.
We reserve the right to change our delivery costs at any time without notice to you. The cost of your delivery will always be confirmed at the time when your order is placed.
International deliveries will be sent by the most efficient carrier depending on your location.
If you have changed your mind for any reasons we make it easy to get a refund !
We truly hope you love your online purchases however if your shoes are not quite right, you can return merchandise purchased online within 14 days of receipt for a refund by posting it back to Taha Australia, including merchandise purchased online during a promotion (e.g. 10% off), if the merchandise has not been worn, is not stained or damaged in anyway and has its original tags attached.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any item not in its original condition.
When returning an order due to a manufacturing defect, Taha Australia will refund any postage fee occurred. However, for a simple change of mind or size error, we are not able to refund your postage fees.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To request a refund for merchandise purchased online via the Taha Australia website, please contact us at email@example.com quoting your order number. If you believe you have been issued with a the damage/faulty sandals, please also provide a picture.
One of our team members will get in touch with you within 48 hours.
Once your refund has been processed, you will be notified via email.
Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
